Please read these terms and conditions carefully before you start using the site.
By using our site, you indicate that you accept these terms and conditions and that you agree to abide by them.

Please note that anniscrafts have the rights to change the contents of the terms and conditions without any notice.
We will not be liable if for any reason this website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

1. Payment
 
We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the products that you order before your order can be accepted.
Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
 
 
2. Payments Methods Accepted:
 
a) PayPal: All PayPal orders are processed within 24 hours.
b) Credit / Debit Cards: All credit / debit orders are processed within 24 hours.
 
Paypal: For buyers protection against identity theft please have an address filed on your PayPal and we will ship to that address.
 
International buyers need to put in their home address, as we do not accept P.O boxes, virtual addresses etc.
Addresses that commit Fraud/fake Chargebacks WILL be reported to legal authorities to protect our customers and improve overall integrity of our transactions.
 
Credit/debit card: By placing an order with a credit or debit card, you agree to be the rightful owner (You are not using someone else's Credit/Debit/Gift card etc to commit fraud, scam or any other illegal activity).

3. Pricing
 
All prices are in £ (pound sterling). Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change.
 
4. Shipping
 
4.1 Proof of postage
 
Proof of postage is always obtained, so anniscrafts cannot be held responsible for the loss of the package once it has been passed on to Royal Mail. Under no circumstances will refunds be given for loss of packages, if Proof of Postage is obtained.
 
 
4.2 Shipping
 
Your items will be shipped within 7 days of purchase.
 
All UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class.
International orders will be sent standard international delivery and are not coming with any tracking due to the high costs to provide this.
 
 
5. Products Quality
 
Since some items are handmade, actual product may slightly differ than what is seen in the preview.
Handmade items are designed and created by anniscrafts.
 
5.1 Hazards
 
Please note that any products sold on anniscrafts.com are not recommended for children under 3, may cause choking hazard and we are not held responsible for mistreatment of small items provided with your order.
 
6. Re-Sale
 
You are not permitted to sell and must not offer for sale or re-sell any of our products.
 
7. Intellectual property rights
 
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
 
You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our site for your personal reference and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to material posted on our site.
 
You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.
 
Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of material on our site must always be acknowledged.
You must not use any part of the materials on our site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.
 
If you print off, copy or download any part of our site in breach of these terms of use, your right to use our site will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.
